Have a question for us? Send us an email or contact us through the link above and we will answer you back. We will post the most popular questions here, in the Photog Forum. If you have a response or something to add to a question we answered, just submit it through the Contact link above, reference the question, and we will add it! What a great way to help each other out!

Q1: I know you have a team of photographers, but do you allow other photographers to come and shoot with you at weddings to build their portfolios?

A1: YES! We do have a little screening process, like you have to have your own gear. You have to be personable and able to communicate to the rest of the team. Contact us, set up a coffee date, we will look at some of your work and hopefully be able to schedule a wedding that you can come to. We love to help new (and not-so-new) photographers build their portfolio and grow in the field.

Q2: What editing software do you like best?

A2: We use Bridge for all of our RAW edits and then Photoshop for all of our advanced edits. We only shoot in RAW, and Bridge offers some fantastic editing capabilities on RAW files. We found photoshop works best for us for the advanced editing because we love the flexibility of layers, and we utilize them to their fullest. We are head over heels for Boutwell’s TRA and we use a couple of Kabota’s too! If you are interested in learning more about Bridge or Photoshop, keep an eye out for our next photoshop workshop!

Q3: What is CLASS?

A3: CLASS stands for Learning And Support Solutions. We offer a CLASS meeting once a month and we cover topics ranging from business management, to photoshop to marketing. CLASS is a photographers networking resource and we basically want you to know that you are not alone. It’s tough being a small business, let alone in this economy. So we cover relevant topics, get hands on, have speakers come and want to be an encouragement to all the photographers in our community.

Hi Nick, will you have models at your workshop this week? Let me know if I can help with anything this week and in the future with hair and makeup. I normally work with Jasmine Star, Scott Robert, Jessica Claire’s at their workshops and I love doing them! Jessica McDorman recommended you…

Hello Nik Corona Photography I’m so excited to have found you guys through surfing the net. I consider my self in the middle stages of learning my passion for photography, and want to continue learning. How can I get more info on the CLASS workshop you offer, and I saw a particular shoot of I believe your sister’s engagement where they are standing by some barrels that have a waterfall, where is this spot it is amazing! I have a 2 year old son I would love to capture here. Thanks, looking forward to hear from you.
